Many organizations have tearfully seen talented staff leave their missions posts all over the nation because of a lack of funds. Others have remained on the field but are continuously distracted, over-whelmed, and face frequent temptations to leave due to inadequate financial support.

Frustrated with this reoccurring under-funded challenge facing missionaries, Henri has spent the last seven years training over 1,000 missionaries around the world.  Armed with his own ideas and the best resources available, he has developed the Support TEAM training program that will effectively equip missionaries to raise 100% of their budgets. Before training others Henri was a university missionary with Chi Alpha college ministries and the Assemblies of God for 17 years.  Recently, he replaced himself and now serves as a consultant to many organizations.

His goal is not only to help missionaries reach 100% of their budgets but to imprint a ministry philosophy and team building strategy to keep them fully funded for their entire missionary career. Henri is blessed with a keen financial mind that is consistently seeking ways to enlarge the influence that missionaries can have in their communities.
